The conflict between actress Denise Richards and her estranged spouse Aaron Phypers has intensified, with Phypers now alleging infidelity on her part, further complicating their ongoing divorce proceedings.

Phypers has claimed that he possesses text messages that substantiate his accusations of an affair, as reported by a media outlet.

The 52-year-old actor initiated divorce proceedings against the 54-year-old actress on July 7, amidst allegations of physical abuse made by Richards. However, Aaron firmly denies any claims of abuse, stating they are 'categorically untrue'.

In a detailed account shared with the media, he outlined the circumstances that prompted his decision to end their nine-year marriage, including an incident where he alleges she damaged his phone.

During an interview with TMZ, he described the state of his phone, saying, 'It’s smashed to pieces. Unrecognizable. It’s gone. I confronted her, asking, 'You broke my phone? Why?'

Aaron asserts that Denise denied any involvement in the damage to his phone, explaining, 'That’s what started it. That was July 4. I discovered the phone on July 5.'

He further claims that she took his phone to hide evidence of her supposed affair, stating, 'They were texting back and forth, and I caught it. We were watching the show Traitors on the sofa, and she fell asleep. I had a feeling and accessed her messages. I found some very inappropriate texts.'

He recounted, 'When she woke up, I asked her why she was doing this. She pleaded, 'Oh my God, please don’t leave me.' I was taken aback. She apologized, saying she wouldn’t repeat her actions.'

Aaron mentioned that this incident occurred in February and noted that he was not invited to Denise's birthday celebration on February 17. He alleged that she planned to meet another man on March 20, just a day after his own birthday on March 19, expressing his heartbreak over the situation.

He claimed that Denise had previously allowed him to access her messages after he caught her the first time, as she wanted to 'rebuild trust'.
